Emeraude Toubia

 Emeraude Toubia was born March 1, 1989 in Canada is an American actress and model. She played Isabelle Lightwood on Freeform's fantasy series Shadowhunters. She is of Mexican and Lebanese descent, she also was on the Venevision television series Cosita linda as Dulce Rincon and Voltea pa"que te is enthralled as Stephanie Karam.Toubia was born in Montreal, Quebec. Her family was from Brownsville, Texas as an only child. Her mother, Mirta Sonia (nee Solis) was born and raised in Ciudad Victoria, Mexico, and her father was a Lebanese American. Her paternal grandparents hail of the Koura District, Lebanon.In 1999 at the age of 10, Toubia made her first television appearance on Televisa's children's programme El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia became famous in 2008, when she was picked to be part of the second season of Univision beauty pageant series Nuestra Belleza Latina, where the participants were trained rigorously in presenting, acting, dancing, and other aspects; Toubia was selected as the winner. She has appeared in ads for brands like Garnier, J. C. Penney and Sony since then.
